IcyHats.com will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that you are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your item. The item must be in good condition, unworn, and with the original tag intact. Clearance items are non-refundable!

Yes you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receipt of your item. You must contact us if you're planning a return or an exchange. Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with the tag intact. If the item is defective you can exchange it for the same item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
