IcyHats.com ships to all 50 US states, Canada, and most International countries. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package. If you want to receive a quote feel free to email us with your shipping questions.

How long does it take to ship?
We usually ship it out within 1-3 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse allow 3-10 days for delivery with First-Class Mail.

How can I track my order?
Login to your account and view your Order History. If your order status is "Shipped" click on the order to view more info. In your order notes you'll find your USPS tracking number. You will also get notified by email of your shipping tracking number.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?
Contact us with your order # and we'll help you track your package. If your package got lost in the mail we'll send you a new one or refund you your money.
