IcyHats.com will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that you are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your item. The item must be in good condition, unworn, and with the original tag intact. Custom orders and Self-Supplied orders and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes you can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of receipt of your item. You must contact us if you're planning a return or an exchange. Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with the tag intact. If the item is defective you can exchange it for the same item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
I lost a rhinestone, what should I do?
We can supply you with lost rhinestones. Just contact us and we'll send you extra rhinestones for free. To apply rhinestones to your hat make sure you have fabric glue (sold at any craft store).
