Self-Supplied custom orders allow customers to mail in their own hat and allow us to modify the hat by applying our rhinestones and making it an IcyHat.
Terms of Use
Customer must fill out a self-supplied work request form located at: http://www.icyhats.com/self_supplied_order.php.
Once submitted please allow up to 3 days for our customer service to review your request and get back to you.
Do NOT mail in your hat until you have received a confirmation from our customer service department.
If you're confirmed you will receive an email from us with details on where to ship your hat and cost for the work. Each customer will also receive a "Work Permission" form to sign and mail it with their hat. By signing this form you give us full permissions to add our rhinestones to your hat.
Please mail in your hat with a signed copy of "Work Permission" form within 7 days of your confirmation. Once we receive your hat we'll send you an email confirmation along with your invoice. Once payment is complete we'll start working on your hat and have it back to you within 2 weeks.
Copyright & Trademark Policy
We can only work on officially licensed merchandise. If your merchandise is breaking copyright laws or trademark infringment please do not mail them to us. If we find out that your merchandise is breaking those rules we'll send it back to you without any work completed.
We also can NOT create trademarked logos from our rhinestones on merchandise that doesn't have an official licensed logo already patched or printed on the hat.
Example: You send it a blank baseball cap and want us to create a New York Yankees logo on the hat with rhinestones, if the hat is not officially licensed by MLB and does not have New York Yankees logo already patched or printed on the hat we can NOT work on it and create our own custom logo.
Lost or Damage Policy
We suggest getting a delivery confirmation when sending your merchendise to us. This will allow you to have your own shipment tracking receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other shipping company that you mail your package with. If for some reason your merchandise gets lost, stolen, or damaged once it is in our hands, we will offer you a full refund. If we find your hat to be in unsuitable condition for rhinestone placement, we will send it back to you without any work done. Shipping charges apply.
Return Policy
Self-supplied custom work orders are non-refundable.
